Having arrived to Japan for the 2 month tour, I have been experiencing the incredible food here that is the Japanese cuisine. Amazing and very affordable. The chefs take their craft seriously with so much dedication and passion. That spirit is very contagious. Jazz is a lot like cooking up great recipes.
